Do You Ship To My Country? How Much Is Shipping?

We offer worldwide shipping! and in most instances, we do ship to your country for free!*

BUT it can depend on the product ordered, the total weight and where we're shipping to. 

*If we are running certain promotions. I.e. Free plus shipping, shipping is what is paid for.


How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?

Orders typically take 1-5 business days to process before shipping - excluding weekends and holidays. During holidays processing times may take up to 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with the shipping tracking number once your order ships. 

Orders are shipped out via E-Packet (Shipping times do not include order processing).

  • USA - Delivery to the United States averages 8-18 business days.
  • CANADA - Delivery to Canada averages 8-18 business days.
  • UK - Delivery to the UK averages 8-18 business days.
  • EU - Delivery to the EU averages 12-21 business days.
  • AUSTRALIA - Delivery to Australia averages 12-21 business days.
  • NEW ZEALAND - Delivery to New Zealand averages 12 - 21 business days.
  • WORLDWIDE - Delivery Worldwide average 12-29 business days (or 2 - 4 weeks dependant on location).
  • However, due to slow postal services, shipping delays, public holidays and the distance between countries, it can in some small instances take up to 6 weeks.

Incorrect Address Details & Undeliverable Items

Optimal Artifact will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Optimal Artifact. In the case of a missing package on orders placed in the United States we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. It is your responsibility to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.


My Tracking Link Says “No Information Available”.. What's Going On?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-10 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. 

If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us info@optimalartifact.com.


Will I Receive My Order In One Package?

As we work with different manufacturers around the globe, depending on the products you ordered and your location, they will be sent from different places so they can get to you faster. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... they are on the way!

It is quite normal that you receive a product up to 10 days before the other.


My Order Has Not Arrived After 2 Months? Why?

We work with different manufacturers from different places so some items will arrive earlier than others. If you do not receive your order after 6 weeks upon ordering, we can reship your order or we will give you a full refund.

 

Track My Order?

  • When your order is SHIPPED, you will receive an email with the shipment tracking number.
  • Tracking will be available 4-6 days after your order. Please reach out if you haven’t received your tracking information after 7 days by contacting support.


Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We will try our best but can't guarantee we haven't already shipped out your order.

  • Your name
  • Your email
  • Your phone number

Cancellations:

  • We only accept order cancellations within 12 hours of the purchase date and time. We CAN NOT accept cancellations after 12 hours as the order will have moved to fulfillment after this time period.


My Item Arrived Damaged

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please reach out with:

  • Your order number.
  • A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.


What About Possible Custom Fees/Taxes?

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any customs fees and taxes, so you may need to pay them once your order has arrived in your country.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges and taxes, please contact your local customs office. 

Duties and taxes if applicable will be charged at the customer’s expense and refunds will not be issued if you choose not to pay these charges.
