If you do not have a positive experience shopping with us for whatever reason, we will do whatever it takes to make you satisfied with and happy about your purchase.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns of products that are intimate or sanitary goods, health and personal care items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use,
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). After receiving the returned item, Optimal Artifact will credit the customer's account for the original purchase price minus the $5.00 restocking fee. Optimal Artifact will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Optimal Artifact. In a case of a missing package on orders placed in the United States we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. It is your responsibility to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.
To enable us to deal with your potential issue and possible refund, we require your receipt and proof of purchase. Please do NOT send your product back to the manufacturer. This will invalidate any guarantee and make getting a refund or replacement unattainable, as the manufacturer does NOT process or deal with this type of request.
You will not be eligible for a refund unless we receive the item back in its original condition and within the original packaging and in the same condition it was sent to you. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will then notify you by email if the item is eligible for a refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and the original credit card will automatically be refunded within 5-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide a delivery address to return the item.
If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with your order #” along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one.
The return policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
